First Visit

Thank you for choosing Siegel and Dolt for your dental needs. We’re excited about the opportunity to care for you!

To get things going:

  1. Please complete your new patient forms that you received electronically. Doing this ahead of your visit will ensure that we can stay on schedule and complete your care timely.
  2. We recommend that you leave 5-10 minutes earlier than planned to account for any traffic or delays. For your convenience, you may want to use a map program to get you to our building. GoogleMaps is correct and will get you here without concern.
  3. Once you arrive, please park in the visitors parking spaces, the handicap spaces (if applicable), or any convenient space. We are located on the 3rd floor, and there is an elevator that will bring you up!
  4. As you exit the elevator, you will see the doors to Siegel and Dolt Comprehensive Dental Care, WELCOME!

Comprehensive Initial Exam

Your initial exam will be comprehensive and should last approximately two hours. This visit will help us get acquainted with each other and learn about your goals and desires for your dental health. Generally, the dentist will order digital radiographs and photographs to examine for bone loss, decay, and other pathoses like cysts and tumors. Most likely, we will also clean your teeth and provide an evaluation that will outline any existing dental concerns and proposed treatment. Oral hygiene instructions will also be provided along with suggestions to help you care for your teeth.

We believe that good dental care begins with open communication. We promise to speak candidly with you about any symptoms that may require further dental treatment, about our diagnosis, any alternative treatments that may exist, and our professional recommendations. Working together, we can achieve a true partnership, with one common goal: keeping your smile beautiful and your teeth, gums, and jaw joints healthy for the rest of your life!
