We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment 4 days per week. We alternate opening weekly: Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday during the following hours:
7:50 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Our goal is to deliver the highest quality dental care for you and your family in a timely and cost effective manner. When you schedule an appointment in our practice, it is considered a confirmed appointment. As a courtesy reminder, we will contact you several days prior to your appointment. One-on-one appointment time is reserved especially for you to receive dental care. As a courtesy, we ask that our patients give us at least a 24-hour notice if they need to change or cannot keep an appointment. If we do not have sufficient notice, we are unable to contact other patients needing appointments to use that time in a cost-effective manner. We understand that emergencies do arise and will certainly take this into consideration.
Habitual cancellations or missed appointments will make it necessary to collect a non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling.
Financial & Insurance
We at Siegel & Dolt Comprehensive Dental Care are committed to the highest level of integrity in the diagnosis and treatment of our patients based upon the advanced training of our doctors. Our level of care will in no way be undermined or influenced by your dental benefit plan.
Fees for treatment are due at the time of service. You will receive a statement of your account balance from our office each month that will show any payment(s) made by you and/or your insurance carrier. If payment is not received within 90 days, finance charges will accrue at 1.5% monthly. You are welcome to leave your credit card number on file with us for your convenience. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
Although we are not an in-network provider with any dental benefit plan, you may receive out-of-network benefits. Please remember: our agreement is with you and not your insurance carrier. We have no control over the coverage you or your employer haven chosen. If your insurance information changes, it is your responsibility to notify our office of the change. Additional follow-up with the insurance company or resubmission of claims after 60 days is the responsibility of the policyholder.
