Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We accept third-party financing through CareCredit. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Insurance
This practice is not an in-network provider with any insurance company. However, you may receive out-of-network benefits and we will be glad to assist you by filing your insurance with your primary carrier. Please remember, our agreement is with you and not your insurance carrier. We have no control over the coverage you or your employer haven chosen. If your insurance information changes, it is your responsibility to notify our office of the change.
Once treatment has started, we will file your claims electronically within 24-48 hours of service. If your insurance carrier does not respond or payment is not received within 30 days, we will re-send the claim. The practice will also send any additional documentation of need as requested by the insurance company. Additional follow-up with the insurance company or resubmission of claims after 60 days is the responsibility of the policyholder. It is your responsibility to contact your insurance company or pay the balance.
Please remember that insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
